Wednesday the 3rd of May, we will start with the root chakra: mooladhara.
Feel welcome to join!
It will be a meditation in combination with a mild form of yoga, suitable for everybody, even when you have physical limitations, with a focus on being present in the now, with compassion. We will combine meditation, postures, movement and breathing.
We will start together online, after which you can close your camera and microphone, and at the end you can open your camera again, and maybe share some experience.
You can apply by sending an email or message to me (see below), and I will keep you informed on the details. After the payment of €10,- is made, you will receive a link to participate on the day. You can also receive a recording of the event on request.
